Overview

SolKongz is a utility oriented project with a vending machine at the center of it. Users can farm tokens ($PEEL) by staking their NFTs, and use it to purchase items from the vending machine (merch, NFTs, hotel stays, etc).

SolKongz approached W3BLEN for strategic advisory at first, but eventually required help replacing development and commercial areas in the project.

Outcome

SolKongz received rapid acceleration from W3BLEN's commercial team and was able to scale their project to mint within just 3 weeks of commercial ramp up. SolKongz went on to sell out immediately despite bearish market conditions.

Notable Achievements

— Growth hacked Twitter from ~500 to 3,500 followers, and Discord from 2500 to 10,000 members within 3 weeks.

— Secured launchpad partnerships with both Magic Eden and Solanart, which was eventually turned down to mint solo due to excessive demand.

— Released staking and tokens at the same time of mint.

— Within one week of minting, the project's KPIs were:

• 6.3k total traded SOL volume
• Up to a 4x return on mint price
• Up to 91% NFTs staked
• As low as 2.5% NFTs listed across all marketplaces

— Secured a custom marketplace with Solanart, including the ability to use Kongz $PEEL token to buy NFTs, one of the first on Solana to implement this.
