‍Lazyverse is a project that launched in September, 2021. Their team approached W3BLEN after unsuccessfully selling out their second collection drop in March 2021. After W3BLEN provided recovery advisory, a 360 commercial and strategy revamp was needed.

Outcome

‍Lazyverse has produced a restructured roadmap with clearer communications that has attracted "blue chip" NFT communities and revived their community. With the ramp up strategy built in the content schedule, Lazyverse was able to successfully sell out.
